Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily operations of forklift and material handling personnel (external contractors).
Operate a forklift as an active team leader.
Assign daily work schedules to personnel using the appropriate documentation.
Be capable of lifting and transporting non-palletized packages.
Ensure the health and safety of your team.
Train team members on proper work procedures.
Guarantee timely receipt and organization of materials.
Ensure materials are picked and labeled prior to shipping deadlines.
Confirm timely shipment of materials.
Submit all necessary documents to the shipping office punctually.
Report any discrepancies to the shipping office coordinator.
Notify the Quality Technician of any damaged materials and complete required forms.
Set up personnel accounts for SAP.
Delegate 6S responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment.
Develop and implement Lean processes within operations.
Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and achievement of targets.
Participate in GEMBA and waste walks as necessary.
Initiate Continuous Improvement Projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
Collaborate effectively with team members.

Workplace Considerations:
Daily application of basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, along with the interpretation of reports, forms, and comparable data.
Requires a strong attention to detail, with tasks that may be repetitive or require constant vigilance.
Must be available to work the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with frequent overtime and rotating weekends as necessary.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience (both sit-down and stand-up models).
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1+ years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Team-oriented individual.
Bilingual: English/Spanish.
Proficient in computer skills and keyboarding, as required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information:
Sponsorship:
Only U.S. work authorized individuals will be considered. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Salary Range:
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000 - $61,000.

Individual pay within this range is determined by various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and job location.

In addition to the base salary, Bosch provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans; health savings accounts (HSA); flexible spending accounts; 401(K) retirement plans with employer matching; wellness programs; life insurance; short- and long-term disability insurance; paid time off; parental leave; adoption assistance; and reimbursement for educational expenses.
