Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate at ECS Venture LLC, you will play a crucial role in the management of our inventory by assisting in the receipt, storage, and distribution of products within our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a temperature-controlled environment. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by facilitating the timely and precise handling of goods while strictly following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and finalizing orders for delivery and collection as per the schedule, which involves loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Utilizing appropriate equipment to build loads.
  • Conducting inspections of inventory to identify any damage or defects.
  • Labeling and marking stock accurately.
  • Completing necessary documentation related to inventory management.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assisting in the security measures of the warehouse.
  • Keeping supervisors and team members informed of any issues or discrepancies.
  • Adhering to quality service standards and complying with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned or required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated good attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items (minimum of 40 lbs.) as necessary.
  • Comfortable working in cold or freezing conditions while wearing protective gear.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure safety for all.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
