Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of associates to achieve exceptional performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversee the daily workflow and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
    • Monitor and improve operational processes to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
    • Address and resolve any customer-related issues or escalate to shift management as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure team members are aware of and following safety protocols.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present team reports and performance data to management to inform strategic decisions.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations required.
    • 1+ years of experience at a leadership level with similar responsibilities preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong team management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

This position will be subject to both an office environment and warehouse environment, working near the shipping and receiving docks.
