The Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Great Gray Legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of in-house or law firm legal experience, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and draft documents associated with our CITs, including fund declarations, sub-advisor agreements, and trust documents.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records for our CITs and corporate entities.
  • Prepare and track external filings required for our CITs and corporate entities.
  • Provide support to the Legal team, including information gathering, legal research, and coordination with other teams.
  • Collaborate with other teams to administer and improve our business practices and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in-house corporate legal department or law firm experience.
  • Experience supporting retirement plans, retirement plan administration, and/or retirement plan investment service providers.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with CLM applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
