Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Associate Development Managers and Director of Professional Development to implement and administer the attorney evaluation processes, including annual, mid-year, and trainee reviews.
- Support attorney training programs, including calendar management, preparation of program materials, and coordination with vendors.
- Manage systems for tracking attorney availability, workflow, and skillsets.
- Partner with Firm committees and initiatives, including the Associate Liaison Committee.
- Develop substantive professional development content for internal newsletters.
- Collaborate with other administrative departments on PD programs and initiatives.
- Lead other projects and provide administrative support to the PD team as required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of prior law firm or professional services experience preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, and attention to details.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from data, assess implications, and make recommendations.
- Good understanding of technology and ability to get up to speed quickly on new systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service, a positive attitude, and ability to work well with all levels of firm personnel.
- Demonstrates ability to maintain strict confidentiality of firm's internal personnel affairs and information.
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, be flexible, and work across and prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Comfort with learning new technology and working in databases.
