Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal Assistant to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a vital member of our Corporate group, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:

  • Preparing and filing UCC financing statements
  • Conducting, analyzing, and summarizing lien searches
  • Supporting transaction closings and post-closing binders
  • Document drafting
  • Calendar management
  • Maintenance of transaction materials
  • Research and due diligence projects
  • Client communication and liaison with marketing department
  • Preparing correspondence and memos
  • Complex spreadsheet management
  • PowerPoint presentation creation
  • Attorney billing and client billing management

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, proven transactional experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, excellent technological skills, and familiarity with time and billing software. Additionally, you will have prior experience handling complex, multiple tasks for several individuals with different work styles and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Paralegal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven transactional experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
  • Excellent technological skills
  • Familiarity with time and billing software
  • Prior experience handling complex, multiple tasks for several individuals with different work styles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
