Job Title: Contract Specialist Paralegal

Job Summary:

The Contract Specialist Paralegal will be responsible for creating, reviewing, negotiating, and processing customer and vendor contracts, as well as managing internal and external relationships. This role requires strong contract language understanding, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and interpret contracts
  • Accurate contract processing and data entry
  • Research and explain contract terms
  • Develop solutions for complex inter-departmental matters
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Monitor pricing and approval thresholds
  • Manage and audit contract database
  • Assist with contractual data verification and process establishment
  • Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Experience in legal writing and/or contract administration preferred
  • Contract Life Cycle Management Software experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
