New Home Sales Director

At Pacific Lifestyle Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Manager to lead our sales team towards achieving unparalleled success in the homebuilding industry.
Job Summary:
The New Home Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and training a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals. This includes driving new business development initiatives, participating in the sales process, conducting market analysis, and ensuring accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals.
- Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement.
- Conduct competitive market/trend analysis to inform strategies and contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Ensure accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts.
- Organize sales events for brokers and customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor sessions.
- Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business/sales field or associate's degree with equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales and customer service experience, including leadership in real estate teams and/or new home sales.
- ID Real Estate License required.
- NSS preferred, not required.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools and train team members on CRM usage for thorough lead follow-up.
- Effective presenter, comfortable with public speaking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift to 15 lbs.
Work Environment:
We have an in-office culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
