Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access tools
  • Resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement infrastructure solutions and optimize system performance
  • Document client inquiries and track status for quality control
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
