eXcell is seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist to optimize the SharePoint environment for seamless collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the Video Collaboration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions, providing user support and training.
  • Design, develop, and customize team SharePoint site, libraries, lists, and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint permissions and access controls for client team.
  • Create and configure web parts, forms, and templates to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize Power BI and Power Apps to build front-end interfaces for the team to easily interact with data and metrics.
  • Establish and maintain document management best practices within SharePoint site.
  • Ensure proper version control, metadata tagging, and content organization.
  • Monitor and manage document retention policies and archiving processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members.
  • Enforce SharePoint governance for team.
  • Regularly audit SharePoint sites and content to maintain team-established governance.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications and systems as needed (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Requirements:
  • $54.70 per hour.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
