Job Title: Learning and Development Process Manager

Join Manson Construction Co. as a Learning and Development Process Manager, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating L&D-related projects and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate L&D-related projects, preparing project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Adapt project management best practices to complement L&D processes.
  • Create and maintain the Manson Learning Network SharePoint presence.
  • Curate and manage the Manson Online Learning Library.
  • Develop and deliver innovative and engaging learning programs.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, leadership, and other related staff to define project objectives and scope.
  • Coordinate the roll-out of pre-production and production L&D releases.
  • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education-related field or Project Management preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, including coordinating teams, creating project schedules, and establishing priorities.
  • 2 years of experience developing and delivering L&D programs.
  • 2 years of experience managing technical projects, including infrastructure and software/courseware deployments.
  • Experience working with consultants and managing scope and schedule.
  • 2 years of experience in establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or CAMP certification.
  • Experience with SharePoint and OpenSesame.
