Job Summary

The Front Office Representative serves as the last point of contact for patients in the office, responsible for check-out duties, including entering charges, collecting deductibles and co-insurances, posting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments. This role also involves assisting with answering the telephone, registering new patients, and making appointments. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of related experience
  • Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
  • Data entry experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business-like appearance

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 8:00am and 5:00pm to 5:30pm or last patient
