Key Responsibilities- Front Office Operations: Manage the front office, including check-out duties, such as entering charges, collecting deductibles and co-insurances, posting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Patient Communication: Assist patients with questions and requests, providing proactive communication and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Administrative Support: Assist with answering the telephone, registering new patients, and making appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and office operations.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
