Front Office Liaison

Job Summary
The Front Office Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for check-out duties, including entering charges, collecting deductibles and co-insurances, posting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments. This role also involves assisting with answering the telephone, registering new patients, and making appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy.

Requirements
