Position Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The individual in this position will operate with minimal oversight, handling designated responsibilities related to budgeting, cost management, reimbursement processes, and financial forecasting. Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager, the analyst will evaluate, project, and model both clinical and financial data. The role also involves preparing prospective financial pro forma documentation and conducting financial analyses for various projects as required.

Essential Qualifications

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.

Certifications:
CPA certification is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial modeling and analysis, with 3-5 years specifically in healthcare finance.

Exceptional skills in financial analysis and business accounting are essential.

Strong analytical abilities to gather relevant information necessary for addressing complex issues, developing sound solutions, and executing those solutions effectively.

Proficiency in data collection for constructing financial pro formas to inform business decisions.
