Senior Financial Analyst

InterMed, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget variances and forecasting.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and prioritize financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to leadership and department managers.
- Stay up-to-date with financial planning and analysis best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Prophix or Excel.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis best practices and industry trends.
- Experience working in a healthcare or private practice physician group setting.
