We're seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Management Representative to join our Customer Success team. As a key player in driving customer success, you will collaborate with medical billers to deliver our patient engagement solution and drive long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical billers to onboard and implement our patient engagement solution
- Develop and execute customized plans to drive adoption and loyalty among medical billing clients
- Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- Healthcare experience, particularly in revenue cycle management, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $90,000 annual salary, plus commission
