Assistant Property Manager Associate

About the Role:
">The Assistant Property Manager at 360 Management Group Co will assist the Property Manager with the daily operation of the mixed-finance portfolio property. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, management skills, and attention to detail.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including inspections of units to assure compliance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS).">
- Responsible for the timely submission of all required reports, including vacancy/occupancy rates and rent collection rates.">
- Prepare leases for applicants and provide applicants with necessary documents and materials.">
- Track evictions by maintaining contact with the company's local attorney.">
- Perform special collections and follow through on claims against residents, as well as file special claims or vacancy claims where applicable.">
- Attend meetings, inspections, and investor visits as needed.">
Requirements:

- Proficient knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), HUD, and/or Public Housing program.">
- Must possess a high level of organizational skills, management skills, and attention to detail.">
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Elite or similar software.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Able to work as a critical member of a team that is committed to empowering stronger communities.">
Compensation and Benefits:
">This is a full-time exempt position with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The position also offers benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
