About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our Private Client Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new sales and growing our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with high net worth clients
  • Create and implement effective marketing and pricing strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with management to continually improve our customer service offering and provide unique value-added services
  • Serve as an advisor and consultant to ensure clients' changing risk management needs are addressed
  • Provide proactive risk management advice and identify cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • At least three years of prior sales experience in personal lines insurance or financial services
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
