  • Operate and oversee boilers, HVAC systems, generators, and various mechanical apparatus.
  • Conduct routine inspections to detect and resolve potential problems.
  • Execute preventive maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical malfunctions swiftly.
  • Follow safety guidelines and regulations diligently.
  • Keep comprehensive records of equipment operations and maintenance efforts.
  • Apply energy-saving initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineering and maintenance personnel.
  • Remain informed about industry advancements and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Stationary Engineer License, ideally NIULPE.
  • 5-7 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks effectively.
