Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of assets across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Asset Inventory Validation: Validate asset inventory in Snow to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Asset Disposal Support: Support and verify asset disposal requests and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Asset Sanitization Support: Support and ensure compliance to asset sanitization processes to protect sensitive information.
- Sanitization Evidence Gathering: Gather evidence of sanitization for hardware assets attached to disposal requests and update disposal requests accordingly.
- Anomaly Identification and Notification: Identify anomalies and notify asset owners to remediate identified issues.
- Asset Management Reporting: Produce asset management reports, including asset state reports, separated user reports, device unbrick reports, asset lost reports, lease buyout reports, contract upload reports, mass import reports, and lease management reports.
- Evidence Report Production: Produce monthly evidence reports to demonstrate compliance and adherence to asset management processes.
- Audit Support: Extend audit support as required to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset management processes.
- Analysis and Reporting: Validate analyses, such as root cause analysis and trend analysis, and reports to facilitate performance and present findings to key business stakeholders.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings and issue resolution.
- Change Order Implementation and Compliance: Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance, and participate in capacity planning to ensure effective asset management.
- Value Addition Activities: Perform value addition activities, such as mentoring administrators or team members, preparing standard operating procedures, maintaining effective documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as required.
- Escalated Ticket Resolution: Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets or incidents as per agreed service level agreements.
