Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our team. As a Home Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating customized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, and our care team, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies to promote our home care services and increase brand awareness.
  • Generate and Track Sales Leads to identify potential clients and convert them into customers.
  • Conduct Market Research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Create and Manage Marketing Materials to effectively communicate our services and values to clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and Participate in Community Relations and Events to build relationships with local organizations and promote our services.
  • Monitor and Report on Performance Metrics to measure the success of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Manage Budget and Resources to effectively allocate resources and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance and Best Practices to maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
