Strategic Business Development Senior Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Senior Manager to join our team at Fever. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the market, leveraging innovative approaches to scale Fever's presence in the region.
- Build and maintain deep business relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry, including producers, creators, venues, and partners.
- Expertly manage contract negotiations to ensure sustainable economics and long-lasting value for both parties.
- Evidence strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on partner growth across Chicago and internationally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry, serving as an expert for new and emerging experiences.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role. You should have:
- 10+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similar industry.
- Strong business development and partnership management skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
- A demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM.
- Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
- Experience in the event and entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
