Job Title: Commercial Strategy Manager II

Kroll is seeking a seasoned Commercial Strategy Manager to drive business development support for critical sales initiatives. As a key member of our global Commercial Operations Team, you will be responsible for organizing project plans, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and managing relationships among clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans, collaborating with Kroll business units and industry-specific teams on customized content and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development and adoption of sales processes across Kroll, working closely with practitioner and expert teams.
  • Support Enterprise Sales and Key Account Managers by creating internal capabilities and evangelizing training and enablement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) at the enterprise and initiative levels.
  • Develop meeting materials and drive resultant action items.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support the planning and execution of external client events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a leading business, digital, or strategy consulting firm.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex agendas, align leadership, and prioritize activities across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple activities and providing direct support to senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and individuals across geographies.
  • Ability to quickly understand how different workstreams fit together in the larger picture and provide guidance to senior leaders.
  • Experience with line management and/or scaling teams in a demanding environment is highly desirable.
