Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Jefferies, you will identify client monetization opportunities and drive strategic initiatives by liaising with Equity Sales & Trading management and Account managers. You will also coordinate with Business management and corporate functions to remediate Sales and Client issues. Additionally, you will set and manage technology priorities for the development of CRM solutions for the Equities business. Furthermore, you will work closely with Global Head of Sales and Global COO functions in setting priorities for the business and track progress of such priorities. You will also collaborate with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research, and Corporate functions. Moreover, you will manage and support data-driven assignments such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup, and other ad-hoc analytics impacting client/business performance.

Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets will be a preference. Previous experience in optimizing and standardizing processes, resources allocation, and client segmentation is also required. Advanced ability of using PowerPoint and MS Excel with very good analytical and communication skills is necessary. Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems knowledge is also required. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities is essential.

Jefferies offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000, which will be determined based on an individual's experience level and qualifications. In addition to salary, Jefferies offers an annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus, competitive employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
