Job Title: Document Prep Team Lead

At Perfect Smile Dental Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Prep Team Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Document Prep Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preparation in the prep department, ensuring timely completion of prep jobs while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, set up, monitor, and quality control all prep production.
  • Train and monitor prep team members, including updating them on account changes and new accounts.
  • Keep accurate records of work done through production tracking systems.
  • Understand and apply proper prep procedures for each account.
  • Track prep jobs for completion and on-time delivery.
  • Operate and maintain prep equipment.
  • Collaborate with leads from other departments.
  • Supervise and delegate work to prep team members.
  • Manage prep supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of leading experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to take initiative and think critically.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a regular 40-hour workweek.

Compensation:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
