Document Preparation Specialist

The Document Preparation Clerk will be responsible for preparing documents for scanning based on client specifications and requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare documents to be processed through High-Speed Scanner using imaging software and hardware.
- Remove staples, paper clips, and fix any creased documents.
- Handle receipts and insert barcodes and separator sheets in the appropriate location.
- Organize documents correctly for Scanning based on varying client specifications.
- Transport boxes to and from warehouse and/or document cart.
- Use job tracking software to initiate work and track daily tasks.
- Experience in the scanning industry or with scanning equipment and software preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of most projects and tasks.
- Basic understanding of job setups in imaging software.
- Ability to lift and carry a 30-70 pound box a short distance.
