**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support and Account Management Professional to join our team at Signature Products Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, updating the CRM, and ensuring overall account health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and account management processes, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work collaboratively across departments and possess a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer sales programs and product assortments, ensuring all aspects are on track and aligned with customer needs.
  • Confirm customers have up-to-date product assortments, ensuring they are fully stocked and meeting in-store expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM, tracking interactions, program status, and key account metrics.
  • Oversee the overall health of the account by tracking in-stock rates, replenishment, and ensuring product availability.
  • Ensure fill rates, forecasts, and special items (such as POP materials and in-store fixtures) are ordered accurately and delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and account management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, EDI systems, and inventory management is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
