As a Strategic Account Professional at Les Olson Company, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the print and IT sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of client needs in print and IT services. They will work closely with our deal team to close sales successfully and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong connection between client objectives and our service offerings in print.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost growth and profitability across our service portfolio.
  • Proactively engage clients to uncover new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Maintain a robust professional network within client organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and partner landscape within assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute detailed business plans for assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; background in engineering or technology is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT or print industry.
  • Prior experience in various sales roles is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
