Job Title: Account Coordinator – Partnership Marketing

Job Overview: The Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the Partnership Marketing division, contributing to the realization of strategic alliances. This position involves the effective and timely execution of contractual obligations, alongside the development of strategies aimed at fostering growth within a diverse portfolio of partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each brand's objectives and aspirations regarding their collaboration with the organization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create impactful integrated marketing initiatives that enhance the partnership's value for both the brand and the organization.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with various levels of partner representatives, including day-to-day contacts, senior management, and executives, while managing all partnership communications through regular outreach, calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead the development and management of strategic plans for all renewal accounts.
  • Support renewal and partner expansion efforts by fulfilling all components of partnership agreements.
  • Design partnership campaigns that employ an integrated marketing strategy, consistently providing brands with innovative marketing opportunities that support their business objectives and generate additional revenue for the organization.
  • Oversee various projects or initiatives within the Corporate Partnerships department that will positively influence the entire team and their strategies for both existing and new partners. These initiatives may include community engagement projects, social media strategies, and maximizing public relations efforts.
  • Drive revenue growth for the organization by renewing and upselling across the entire portfolio of partnerships.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the sports industry, brand management, or agency work.
  • Preferred experience in client relations, partnership activation, brand strategy, and sales.
  • A passion for addressing strategic business challenges with innovative solutions in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sales acumen, creativity in marketing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate special event responsibilities throughout the year, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects is essential for success.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a seated position for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficiency in using a computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Ability to function effectively in a high-noise environment.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Comfortable navigating the facility to access various areas.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
