Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute monetization strategies to generate revenue from digital assets, including e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
  • Create and manage advertising programs, including display ads, sponsored content, and partnerships with brands and advertisers.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for targeted advertising and optimize monetization strategies.
  • Efficiently manage available advertising space and inventory to optimize revenue and fill rates.
  • Work with vendor partners to develop Retail Marketing Network proposals based on vendor partner goals and budgets.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance optimization of Retail Marketing Network campaigns, including ad targeting and creative content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and brands to secure advertising deals and partnerships.
  • Ensure that all advertising and promotional content adhere to industry regulations and standards.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, including omnichannel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
