The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with experience in team development, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client relations. You will also play a key role in helping us meet budget requirements and execute company-delivered programs.

We offer a salaried position with opportunities for benefits, 401k, and vacation accrual. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences and have a strong passion for leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  • Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standards, and plan and price menus
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
  • Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrates culinary techniques
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
