Job Title: General Manager

We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive top-line sales, manage costs, and maintain a safe and well-manicured restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and present operating plans to reflect current sales climate and restaurant performance.
  • Drive top-line sales performance through stellar experiences, strategic partnerships, and leadership.
  • Control costs by managing controllable expenses and creating systems for successful management.
  • Maintain a safe and organized restaurant environment.
  • Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver a scratch culinary menu and lead the Bar Manager in curating an industry-leading cocktail and spirits program.
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Execute the Best First Day orientation and onboarding process for new team members.
  • Create a luxurious culture that draws potential new team members in and allows them to be their best.
  • Hold the team to the highest standards through fair, consistent coaching, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 35+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service environments.
  • Passion for hospitality.
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
  • Food Manager Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred.
