Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled Hotel Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. As a key operations leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
  • Reward and recognize employees for their contributions.
  • Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
  • Plan and lead daily team briefings to discuss operational progress and goals.
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements to track financial performance.
  • Deliver client and company financial targets by implementing efficient operations and cost controls.
  • Avoid all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
  • Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
  • Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including those relating to safety, health, wage, and hour.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree level education in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management.
  • Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
