The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll and overseeing a team of employees, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll specialists.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing payroll for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Utilizing ADP payroll tools for processing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Handling workers' compensation claims and coordinating with the HR team on employee records and compensation.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, providing payroll and HR-related support.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • Preparing and submitting regular payroll and HR reports to the HR department.
