Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers.
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and providing personalized support.
  • Consult with patients to gather information regarding their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
