Job Title: Patient Care Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a critical role in guiding our patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand their treatment options and providing exceptional support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between patients and their providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Deliver a stellar face-to-face patient experience at our clinics, providing empathy and understanding to each individual.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and making informed decisions about their care.
  • Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding their current symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
