Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a luxury environment and complete check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Enroll guests in our loyalty program and provide personalized experiences to enhance their stay
  • Deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered, and cordial
  • Responsible for cash handling and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) or similar software
  • Experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel, and messaging
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree
  • Flexible with days and hours
