Residential Communities Account Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Communities Account Manager to join our sales team at Mediacom Communications. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in growing our residential bulk revenue and account margins.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and residential communities within your assigned area to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and yearly residential bulk revenue and margin goals through effective sales strategies and account management.
  • Enter and maintain leads and accounts in our CRM/Sales Management software to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Prepare and initiate proposals to residential bulk prospects to secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure acquired accounts receive exceptional customer service to drive retention and growth.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Compile and examine all residential bulk account records to identify opportunities for renegotiation and revenue growth.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Two years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites to manage sales data and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
