The Leasing Sales Manager is tasked with crafting and executing sales strategies that secure and sustain occupancy levels and revenue objectives.

This position requires a hands-on approach to the daily management of a property management leasing team and overall leasing activities to ensure that corporate leasing objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence:

Manage daily leasing operations, including overseeing effective CRM interactions (prospect calls, emails, texts), scheduling property showings, and ensuring compliance with company standards, fair housing laws, and other relevant regulations.


Accountability and Ownership:

Foster a culture of accountability among team members; set clear expectations, supervise performance, and provide timely feedback while leading training and development initiatives through coaching, motivation, and mentorship to align employees with company values and business practices.


Operational Efficiency:

Proactively enhance the efficiency of leasing operations, ensuring that procedures and processes meet business needs and create a positive experience for both prospects and residents, while performing leasing and other assigned tasks as necessary.


Candidate Profile:

Positive Attitude:

Energetic, action-oriented, and focused on operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead a sales team in a target-driven setting and coach team members to enhance performance.


Relevant Experience:

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, ensuring that operational and training methods are effective and meet or exceed company occupancy targets while adhering to compliance standards.


Effective Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities to foster an inclusive team culture.


Professional Demeanor:

Consistently maintain a professional appearance and conduct. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.


Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
Prior experience in a leadership and sales capacity is essential.
Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to propose solutions.
Proficient in written and verbal communication with all levels of staff and vendors.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proven ability to manage sensitive and/or confidential information.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to various properties as required.
