Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our team's success. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondences, planning appointments, and developing organized filing systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit written communications, such as emails and reports
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to onsite guests
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
