As a Childcare Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them grow into confident, capable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote academic and social growth
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel to ensure seamless program execution
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to drive professional growth and team accountability
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience and education preferred
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and Food Handlers Card
  • 18+ years of age
