As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in both business development and recruiting activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identifying and targeting prospective clients to create opportunities for our staffing solutions.
  • New Business Development: Cultivating relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Effectively communicating our services and negotiating contract terms to secure new business.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match with client needs, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
