End User Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop and remote users, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in end user support, with a strong background in desktop and remote support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with high-level executives and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of 365/Windows 10 and 11
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, and the ability to navigate documentation
  • Basic networking knowledge, with the ability to use technical terminology
  • Polished communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages effectively and professionally
