Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Field Service Sales Representative to join our team at Electrician Recruiter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial laundry chemicals to commercial laundry clients in the Colorado and Wyoming area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our full product line to existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Develop a key sales prospect list, establish relationships, and sell to new customers, ensuring appropriate sales coverage in the assigned territory.
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional service, maintenance, and communications for accounts, including installing and programming chemical dosing equipment.
  • Lead planning and execution of new installations and/or conversions, ensuring seamless integration with customers' washing equipment.
  • Maintain all company-provided equipment in proper working condition, operating within the assigned expense budget.
  • Collect past due accounts receivable, if applicable, and minimize rush orders of products.
  • Submit all reports in a timely manner, providing accurate and detailed information.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' commercial laundry and/or chemical industry-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Military background is a plus, with excellent analytical, organizational, and technical/mechanical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Internet, and order processing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequently standing and walking, and working in wet or humid conditions.
