Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled End User Support professional to join our team at Dexian - DISYS. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop and remote users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 365/Windows 10 and 11.
- Work closely with our ticketing system (ServiceNow) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong networking skills, including the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Collaborate with high-level stakeholders, including Sr. VPs and top producers, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end user support or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of 365/Windows 10 and 11, networking, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Polished and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
