Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to end-users, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop and remote support, with expertise in Office 365, ticketing systems, and service management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to desktop computers, networking, and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, using standard procedures and guidelines to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve issues and provide support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in technical support.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop and remote support.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and service management.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and printer setup.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
