We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Full-Desk Technical Recruiter.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target prospective clients to create opportunities for introducing our staffing solutions.
  • New Business Development: Cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Effectively communicate our services and negotiate contract terms to secure new business.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with client needs, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Ambition: You have a background in recruiting, sales, or a related field, and are eager to further develop your skills.
