Job Summary

The Employee Relations Manager is a key role within Altice USA, responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This position requires a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR teams, management, and employees to address and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive workplace issues, providing written analysis and recommendations for resolution.
  • Provide coaching and education to employees and managers on policies and guidelines to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Leave and Accommodation team to ensure seamless support for employees with disabilities or medical needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
  • Work closely with the Employee Relations Director to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous growth and development within the ER function.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of directly related job experience required.
  • Job-related college degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • 3-5 years of management experience required.
