Workplace Type: 100% on-site
Salary Range: $200,000 – $500,000 per year
Compensation Package: Includes bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
As our Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed-use and Class A commercial properties portfolio, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property management teams and third-party vendors.
- Oversee budgets, leasing, marketing, and capital improvement strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow, ROI, and variance reporting.
- Ensure effective property operations, tenant improvements, and construction oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams on acquisitions, development, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of real estate experience, with 5-7 years in asset management.
- Expertise in financial modeling and property management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
